The confrontation took place just after 9:10 p.m. at the intersection of Louisburg and Perry Creek roads. According to the available information, an initial crash occurred between a man driving a pickup truck and another man driving an SUV.

Following the collision, the dispute between the two drivers intensified, culminating in a stabbing. Both men involved in the altercation were subsequently transported to a local hospital for treatment.
