**Pre-Evacuation Warning Lifted for Fire Near Berridge Road in El Paso County**

**EL PASO COUNTY, Colo.** – A pre-evacuation warning issued Saturday morning for a reported fire in El Paso County has been lifted, according to the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office. The notice affected residents within a quarter-mile radius of 10800 Berridge Road.

The Sheriff’s Office sent out the pre-evacuation notice at 9:24 a.m. on Saturday. Less than two hours later, at 11:03 a.m., authorities announced that the warning had been lifted and residents were no longer on alert to prepare for a potential evacuation.

The cause of the fire has not yet been released by officials. No further information is available at this time.
